■ REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR WRONG ITEM
We will take responsibility for replacing defective or damaged products.
If there is something wrong with the product, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or e-mail within one day of receiving the product, describing the defective or damaged condition in detail. We will make arrangements to replace the defective product as soon as possible.
For product discrepancies, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or e-mail within one day of receiving the product, stating the name of the product you ordered and the order number.
In the case of defective products, damaged products, or product discrepancies, we will bear the cost.
In case of damage during transportation, the shipping company will come to pick up the product, so please contact us as soon as possible in the same condition.
